I Pink I Can…

It only took me 5 separate trips to Sephora, Ulta and Target before I finally laid eyes on this fabulous shade of pink from Sally Hansen.  I had purchased about a dozen bottles of OPI and Essie polishes that were okay but not perfect for my wedding day nail color. I was hoarding all of them in my apartment when a last-minute trip to Target left me salivating over this not-too-pink, not-too-orange combination of amazing and beautiful.

My issue was that I wanted a color that said “Bubblegum pink” but had just enough orange in it that it was not “Bubblegum pink” yet I didn’t want it to be peach. To complicate it further, I wanted it to be semi-matte and not at all glittery or frosty. Now you probably understand why this took more than one trip down the beauty aisle.

Moral of the story: I Pink I Can by Sally Hansen. Hot, hot, hot color. A pink you must have in your polish box for this summer. A color I trusted on the most fabulous day of my life. And for $6-8 there is no reason you shouldn’t make it yours.
